After two months straight of working overtime, catching the deadlines, stress and pressure in the office, its time to have a little pleasure and starts the long weekend ahead with a sumptuous brunch in Antoinette.

My husband and I looked forward for this moment to do what we love most, eat! We are a foodie and loves exploring cafes, restaurants and hotel from simple to fantastic food (sounds like we love pigging out, hahaha). 

My friend Rosemarie, tag me in one of the blog in Facebook and Antoinette is first on the list. So why not start from that, right?

Grand cru chocolate mousse, exotic caramel, almond nougatine, cocoa sponge, grand marnier, dark chocolate Chantilly

This is the star of our brunch! Its too beautiful to eat and its so impressive to see!

Their bill was served elegantly in this classy antique box 

 We enjoy our dining experience here in Antoinette and we will definitely be back to try other food here. Until next time..

It was a Public Holiday, National 51st Day of Singapore, its a free time for me and my husband to explore Singapore. Its always photowalk and food trip at the same time. We decided to go to Haji Lane and we chose to eat at (Working Title) Burger Bar. It is Located at Arab Street next to Haji Lane. 

Its cool to find a diskette nowadays. I guess Millennials will not recognise this.

Singapore Coffee Festival

Singapore Coffee Festival was Singapore's first coffee festival that showcase different kinds and types of coffee. It was held at F1 Pit building last 9-11th of June 2016. 

As a coffee lover, I was excited to see the SCF's advertisement in the Instagram and quickly send it to my friends who also love and coffee and bought a ticket as well. 

We went there yesterday, 11th of June 2016. Coffee lovers had a great response in the festival thats why it was so crowded.

The Common Man Coffee Roasters conducted practical workshop and basic knowledge about coffee and the art of making a coffee that helps someone like me to have a better understanding in making a good coffee.

Siphon Coffee Brewing Method. It is a brweing method that involves a process of mixing coffee with boiling water ascended from the flask through siphonage to extract and filter the coffee.
