Travel: Bangkok Thailand

Hello, long weekend vacation!!!

Yes, long weekend vacation because of Chinese New Year. We've waited for this break to visit my younger brother in Bangkok. We took a Thai Lion Air going to Bangkok for about 2.5 hours. It was a smooth flight but not when we waited for our luggage for an hour to came out in the conveyor belt. Yes, you read it right an hour!, in Don Mueang Airport (DMK). We are so parched and famished because we haven't eat lunch at that time.

My brother fetched us in the airport and we took grab car then went straight to our hotel. We stayed at Sala Rattanakosin located in Old Bangkok along Chao Phraya River. The hotel is very accessible to Reclining Buddha of Wat Pho, Grand Palace and across the Wat Arun.

We spent our Day 1 in Icon Siam and Khao San Road.

Taking a River Boat is a great way to get around the famous Chao Phraya River. It is very convenient and accessible to avoid the traffic in the main road.

We went to Icon Siam to experience the
